To send you service emails or communications required by law to update you about any changes to our goods and services, any information required by law relating to your order or product recalls. This also helps us identify trends in different countries which helps us to better understand our customers in those countries.
To combine with personal information that we collect directly from you (including survey responses) with any information that we obtain from third parties in order to classify our customers into segments, using shopping habits information regarding your personal or professional interests, demographics, experiences with our products and contact preferences. TBSB has a legitimate interest in understanding our customers and what will interest them for the best customer experience. These segments help us to understand our customers better. To the extent we receive data from third parties, this will be based on the permission you have given that third party to share your data with us.

Certain categories of personal information have additional protection under the GDPR. The categories include information about your health and information about children under the age of 16.

This information needs to be collected in order to provide adequate personalised advice, based on your family’s individual circumstances. This information is normally requested in advance of a booked appointment, in order that we can prepare for your appointment.  You must give us explicit consent to collect and process this information:

We place cookies on your device, so that we can show you adverts for products and services that may interest you, through Google Adwords.  We also use Google Analytics to monitor and analyse customer browsing behaviour so we can get the right products to the right people.  You have the option to disable these cookies when you enter the site.

In order to be able to offer you Klarna’s payment options, we will pass certain personal information to Klarna, such as contact and order details, in order for Klarna to assess whether you qualify for their payment options and to tailor the payment options for you.

Paypal

If using the Paypal checkout, you will be required to sign in to their site and any payment details you provide them are retained by Paypal.

When sending a Paypal invoice, we will include your correspondence email addresses and the email address used in previous Paypal transactions if applicable.  We sometimes also include your name and address.

If using Paypal’s card reader, we can collect your email address or phone number in order to issue an e-receipt; this is not retained.

Slumber-Roo

Some of our products are drop-shipped directly to customers from Slumber-Roo.  We will provide them with your Name and Delivery Address details in order for them to provide this service.

We may change this Privacy Policy from time to time, to reflect how we are processing your personal information. If we make significant changes, we will highlight the sections of the privacy policy that have been updated to allow you to review the changes.
