Adjusts for small babies

The Diva Milano One! has a velcro adjuster in the waist belt, which narrows the seat for new babies, and can be extended as your baby’s legs grow.

The webbing can be adjusted in the sides of the back panel, to cinch down for smaller babies, and extend as your baby grows taller.

Ergonomic Carrier

The ‘seat’ for your baby provides the support needed to create an M shape, which is recommended for your baby’s hips to develop healthily.  The soft body panel molds itself to your baby’s gently curved spine, providing support from baby’s bottom up to her neck.  And it is superbly comfy for you as the wearer, due to a deep waist belt and padded shoulder straps.  This kind of design takes the strain off your shoulders and spreads the weight better across your back and hips.

Shoulder straps – crossed or parallel

If you like a baby carrier that is quick and easy to put on, with no fuss, then connect the straps so they are parallel.  If you prefer to spread more of the weight across your back, then you also have the option to cross the straps on your back.

3 Position Carrier

Carry younger babies on your chest with a tummy-to-tummy carry.  As your baby gets older, and starts to interact more with the world they may like the hip position this carrier offers, or to be carried on your back.  With a hip carry, your baby can rest her head on your shoulder when she gets tired, or look around – the best of both worlds.  Don’t forget that babies get separation anxiety, so to be able to see your face and have a cuddle is a great comfort, even for the nosiest babies.  And when your baby becomes a toddler, and is perhaps too tall for a carry on your front, a back carry comes into its own.  From there, she’ll be able to see over your shoulder, and get a great view and perspective of the world you don’t get sitting in a buggy.

After a carrier where your baby can face forward?  Try one of these.

Wrap fabric

These beautiful carriers are made from Diva Milano wraps, and we currently have them in stock in linen and bamboo blends.  Both of these options are cool for summer, and amazingly soft to the touch.

Sleep hood

The hood can provide additional head and neck support, and protection from the sun and wind.  Just make sure you can see your baby’s face at all times!
