- The new fabric creates a small cushion effect, which moulds the curves of your shoulders, your back and your baby. Your baby is well supported, and your carrying shoulder is free. Thanks to this design, you can move around freely.
Comfort through innovation:
- The JPMBB two-sided Oeko-Tex100 Certified viscose* wrap offers utmost softness and a new sense of feel and support in the range of baby carriers. You will be surprised, as it feels like the other JPMBB wraps, yet in a revisted way. This high-tech fabric, developed and made in Europe, opens the way to a more comfort in asymmetrical baby carriers.
Cool and lightweight carrier:
- The baby carrier is lightweight. As the fabric is cool and airy, you can enjoy carrying your baby even in high temperatures.
The pad (protective cushion):
- This quilted cushion prevents your baby’s head and fingers from touching the metal rings and protects your skin. It also hides the rings, making your baby carrier look chic and simple. It is made of non-toxic imitation leather, to meet safety standards specific to childcare items.
100% reversible:
- Fully reversible and biocoloured. The hems and seams are the same colour as the fabric on each side and the label is hidden. One bay carrier, two colours!

This knotless wrap can be tied in different ways, according to the baby’s age, from the first few weeks until walking age. It is never too late.

* Viscose is created from natural or recycled materials (wood cellulose), which are then converted through an industrial process to be more comfortable. The fibre is not synthetic but “artificial”. The viscose thread used by JPMBB is made of Central; European beech celluloase and comes from Lenzing AG, an Austrian textile fibre manufacturer created in 1892. Their viscose is Oeko-Tex100 certified.

As with the original JPMBB wrap, the fabric is sturdy enough to support older toddlers up to around age 3, and is beautifully soft for newborns too, so this is a sling worth investing in as it will last you for years, and become one of those go-to basics whenever your child needs to be held close to you. If you find ordinary ring slings dig into your neck, or are difficult to tighten, this could be the choice for you as the slight stretch in the fabric makes it more forgiving, easy to adjust and it always feels comfortable. JPMBB provide a cushioned leather-look cover to go over the rings which I don’t think is necessary, the rings are matt black and look fine without, but they say it protects little fingers and mouths from the rings, so they have thought of everything. Ring slings of course are fab for quick trips into town, on and off public transport, going to the beach, and for when your toddler thinks he wants to walk but actually doesn’t – this does everything an ordinary ring sling does, it doesn’t look too flamboyant and girly so is great for when babywearing dad gets to have a go, and for the money is a fantastically comfortable sling.
